single joint expert and DIVORCE Valuations

As a member of the UK Register of Expert Witnesses (see link below), I am regularly instructed by UK solicitors and mediators to prepare a wide range of valuation reports assisting civil cases or divorce settlements. I also support solicitors and barristers with valuations for criminal cases, such as in Proceeeds of Crime. I am happy to work as a party expert or a Single Joint Expert (SJE). Most of my work is SJE.

All of my Expert Witness reports conform to the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) Part 35 or Family Procedure Rules (FPR) Part 25 as appropriate. Court valuations have covered all sorts of vehicles including vintage and classic cars in all conditions (often modified or part-restored), racing cars, rally cars, motorcycles of all ages, and larger vehicles including motorhomes, commercial trucks and military vehicles.

My Expert Witness experience includes classic car valuations in all conditions, provenance and history research, finding comparables, disputes over restoration work and more. My expertise has helped solicitors and Trading Standards to build knowledgeable and compelling submissions.  I also work in case preparation and support solicitors and counsel with specialist information.
