Classic Car Valuations Specialist is run by John Glynn. Born into a family business on the west coast of Ireland, I completed several years of a mechanical apprenticeship with a local car dealer before moving to London in 1988 to realise my dream of becoming a motoring journalist.

After many years working right across the UK motor industry, selling hundreds of classic cars, spending many years as a used car journalist, more than ten years running Glass’s Guide to Older Cars and Modern Classics and developing the online valuations database that supported We Buy Any Car at startup, I founded my own freelance vehicle valuations consultancy in 2004. My career highlights include:
